What our customers say

I found the course to be very comprehensive and useful, not just in terms of the procedure for the drug wipe and FIT, but also gave us a much more in depth understanding of the legislation around it. I learned the correct way to approach the HCP and the course gave me, personally, more confidence in dealing with drink/drug drive matters. This is something that I am sure many officers, as well as Sergeants and custody staff could benefit from. Ultimately, it came down to how good the trainers conducted this course and to their wealth of knowledge, for which I can say I am very grateful.

PC from Bedfordshire

Good morning, thank you for a brilliant couple of days. I was dreading being able to take in and retain all the information, but the way it was taught allowed me to do that. Lots of laughs, the amount of experience and knowledge is incomparable and when I struggled to understand something, the subject was revisited if required. Nothing was too much trouble.

PC from Hertfordshire

I have been on many courses whilst serving in the Police. I must say, as most Police Officers do, I was expecting to be trained by the usual ‘trainer’, with no practical Police experience, who has just learned a PowerPoint presentation. They generally can’t answer any questions when asked or they tell you that they ‘will get back to you’ (which they never do).
What a refreshing change! The trainers were excellent with a wealth of practical experience in their field. They gave practical examples to put context to some very complex legislation. The two-week course flew by, and I know that I learned a lot. Well done and thank you.

Brilliant course! I feel well prepared to use this skill in the real world.
